uv-5rv-2+ not scanning

hello
i have bought another 5rv-2+ THE OTHER IS A OLD 5R. i program the new one with same info from the old one. and now i can't get the new one to scan. i used the new cd i got with the new radio. i used it to read from the old one and then wrote it to the new one.and now won't scan..

any help is appreciated..
